Prefinished engineered floor is a very good option if you have a concrete subfloor. It is fast and 100% dustless.
Prefinished does not hat to be sanded in your house, some floors have a mini bevel on the seams of the boards,
Floating floors are not attached to the sub floor, not nailed or glued and can have a little give to it.
Most of the good floating floors can be refinished one time.
