Every project is unique for me, here we have installed red oak floor to match existing. In order to get perfect match we had to refinish the old floors.
Wood Stairs and floor has been
finished with water-based finish. Nowadays every floor contractor is working with oil-based and water based finishes. In this case we wanted to
keep the floor as light as possible. Water based finishes tend to have less shine and give a nice contemporary look to the wood floors.
