This is a real hardwood floor, red oak 5/16 top nailed, sanded and finished on the job, golden oak stain gave it a nice warm feel.
White aok and red oak are classical floors in US can be staind to any color, stairs can be build and stain to match.
This is not very thick floor but can be sanded at least 3 times.
