This was a very interesting, challenging and satisfying project. The historic house on the hills of Sausalito
needed a total renovation of hardwood floors. This was a job for professional hardwood floor contractor.
Renovating floors requires great experience and skills, when we do the project on historic floors we have only one shot to do it right.
This floor has been sanded entirely, all the nails has been reset and filled with wood filler. We have stained the floor with red oak stain
and used oil based finish.
