This was a project that required engineered floor, because of concrete sub floor,
we have chosen white oak prefinished floating floor. Concrete sub floor limits the option of hardwood floor but in this case
the white oak prefinished floor had the prefect look, color and tone and matched the rest of the house perfectly. Working with
engineered floors, the contractor has to be very particular to details, it is very fine, finish work. Here we have installed
custom made trim around the fireplace so is looks smooth and clean.
